The Dementia Resources for Eating, Activity, and Meaningful Inclusion (DREAM) project, led by the University of Waterloo and the University of Northern British Columbia, has created this factsheet to describe the risk factors (i.e. personal and behavioural, social and cultural, medical, physical and sensory, financial, and environmental), that may result in challenges for people living with dementia to maintain nutritional health.
