The Dementia Resources for Eating, Activity, and Meaningful Inclusion (DREAM) project, led by the University of Waterloo and the University of Northern British Columbia, has shared this resource developed in collaboration with the Ontario Brain Institute. This resource is a guide to physical activity for people living with dementia. It includes a summary of the benefits of physical activity, examples of types of physical activity, and strategies to maintain an exercise routine and stay safe.
